$475 of $475 raised
When Judy was a young girl, her dad used to help injured wildlife, so she grew up having animals around. In 1988, she took some classes in Wildlife Rehabilitation, got her state license in 1989, and has been rehabbing ever since. Judy retired two years ago which has given her time to take in many more baby birds as well as ducklings/goslings. She says that they can be messy but she just loves them. "When the babies start coming in you quickly run out of space in carriers and caging that can withstand heating pads, heat lamps and anything else that will keep the babies warm. Having an incubator will be such an enormous help in keeping those fragile little lives at a perfect temperature to allow them to simply grow and thrive."
