Ava was first introduced to caring for wildlife at a municipal city shelter she worked for, and she instantly fell in love. Over the years, as a registered veterinary technician, she has worked for shelters, emergency hospitals, and exotics clinics but throughout her career, caring for wildlife has been her passion. Ava has helped care for numerous species ranging from coyotes to raptors. Neonates have always had a soft spot in her heart and she is so looking forward to helping care for these little ones with an incubator.
