Natalie H.

Natalie started volunteering at a wildlife intake center in 2005. She was hired on seasonally, then full time. She cared for animals brought in, answered phones, trained new hires, instructed volunteer classes, and took home any overflow animals, especially during/after natural disasters. When the acting supervisor left, Natalie was promoted to the center’s manager. She works closely with law enforcement, including game wardens and the sheriff’s office, in order to help as many people and animals as possible.
